
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched the new Hyundai Verna, a mid-size sedan designed to capture attention with its modern aesthetics and advanced features.
The launch marks a significant update in the sedan segment, offering enhanced design, technology, safety, and comfort.
The new Hyundai Verna is introduced with a starting price of ₹10,98,400. It boasts a commanding presence with a black chrome radiator grille, dual LED projector headlamps, and bold bumper designs.
The sedan is the widest in its segment, featuring a wheelbase of 2,670 mm, a width of 1,765 mm, and a length of 4,565 mm, ensuring superior cabin space and comfort.
Inside, the Verna offers a futuristic cabin with a D-cut steering wheel, leatherette seat upholstery, and electric seat adjustments for both driver and passenger.
The sedan also includes a 1st in segment rear window sunshade and a smart trunk with the largest boot space of 528 litres.
The Verna is equipped with Hyundai Bluelink, offering over 70 connected features, including Find My Car through SVM and remote lamp control.
It also supports more than 350 voice commands and multi-language UI, enhancing user interaction. The dual 52.06 cm integrated infotainment and digital cluster, along with a Bose premium sound system, elevate the in-cabin experience.

Under the hood, the Verna offers a 1.5 l MPi petrol engine with a 6-speed manual transmission and IVT, alongside a 1.5 l Turbo GDi petrol engine with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT.
The Turbo GDi engine delivers 160 PS and 253 Nm of torque, providing exhilarating performance. Safety is prioritised with Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS, 7 airbags, and a range of advanced safety features.
The new Verna is available in 6 monotone and 1 dual-tone colour options, including new shades like Classy Blue and Titan Grey Matte.
The pricing varies across different variants, with the 1.5 l MPi petrol starting at ₹10,98,400 and the 1.5 l Turbo GDi petrol reaching up to ₹18,25,400.
