Hyundai Motor India has joined hands with Jio-bp to ease the efforts taken by its EV consumers in finding charging stations, as per The Business Standard report.

As part of this alliance, Hyundai EV owners will find Jio-bp charging stations via the myHyundai app. They will be able to use the stations with the app as well.

Additional Charging Options offered for Hyundai Electric Vehicle owners

Jio-bp owns a huge charging infrastructure spread across the country. This network will also be connected with Hyundai's platform, meaning it should offer customers more options when it's time to charge their cars.

The combined network will provide consumers access to over 37,000 nationwide charging points, Hyundai stated.

Jio-bp Has 7,000 Charging Points

Jio-bp has over 7,000 active charging points in more than 300 cities. Most of these charging points are also on major national highways. This can be great for EV owners driving from one city to another.

The company noted that its network features DC fast chargers from 60 kW to 480 kW, enabling EV drivers to charge near their vehicle's maximum capability.
