Details of the Joint Development Agreement
The project in South-East Bengaluru will feature a saleable area of approximately 0.89 million square feet. This marks Puravankara's fifth land transaction in Bengaluru for FY27, highlighting the company's strategic expansion in the city.
The site is strategically located near the Electronic City employment corridor, benefiting from connectivity via Namma Metro's Yellow Line.

The location's proximity to employment hubs and improving infrastructure makes it an attractive residential catchment area. The demand for quality housing in this corridor is driven by its connectivity and robust social infrastructure.
Puravankara's CEO - South, Mallanna Sasalu, emphasised the value of this land parcel, contributing to the company's FY27 business development goals.
5 New Land Parcels Added
Puravankara has added five land parcels in Bengaluru this fiscal year, totalling around 49.76 acres and approximately ₹6,300 crore in potential GDV.
The cumulative saleable area from these additions is about 5.12 million square feet. This expansion reflects the company's focus on capital efficiency and strategic growth.

Previous Land Acquisitions in FY27
In addition to the South-East Bengaluru project, Puravankara has secured land in Sarjapur, Sanna Ammanikere, Doddagubbi, and Mandur. These acquisitions include both joint development agreements and outright purchases, with GDVs ranging from ₹800 crore to ₹2,300 crore.
