
A number of companies, including Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Asian Paints, Tata Power, Dalmia Bharat, Indian Hotels and more have fixed June 23, 2026, as the record date for dividend payments.
Under the T+1 settlement cycle, investors needed to purchase these shares on June 22 to ensure the stocks were credited to their demat accounts by the record date and become eligible for the dividend.
Asian Paints has announced a final dividend of ₹23 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 9, 2026.
If approved, the dividend is expected to be paid on or after July 13, 2026.
Hindustan Unilever has recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per share for FY26.
The company had already paid an interim dividend of ₹19 per share in November 2025. This takes the total dividend payout for FY26 to ₹41 per share.
