Annual Performance for FY26

For the financial year 2026, Honasa Consumer Limited's total income stood at ₹2,475.53 crore. The net profit for the year was recorded at ₹200.19 crore, reflecting the company's strong financial performance over the year.

Margin Drivers and Guidance Trajectory

Management decomposed the quarter’s margin expansion into several structural components. Profitability was aided by product mix optimization, a 100 bps benefit from operating leverage, and a 50 bps seasonal tailwind from higher-margin summer products.

The underlying normalized EBITDA margin sat at roughly 12% after adjusting for a one-time non-recurring operating expenditure benefit. The company reiterated its long-term strategy to expand EBITDA margins by 100–150 bps per year to reach 15% in five years.

Channel Performance and Inventory Health

The core product categories and individual retail channels maintained healthy baseline performance with tightly controlled operational cycles. Prioritized focus categories expanded by 35% or more year-on-year, representing an 85% contribution to total revenues.

Digital platforms recorded an overarching growth rate of 40%+, while general trade secondary growth and modern trade off-take growth both cleared 40%+. Supply chain safety checks reduced distributor inventory to less than 30 days.

Brand Portfolio Highlights

The flagship brand Mamaearth accelerated to high-teens growth during the quarter, driven by strong double-digit momentum in its core Rice and Ubtan franchises. The Rosemary formulation established itself as a major asset, while moisturizers approached a ₹50 crore annualised run rate.

The Derma Co. achieved a critical milestone by becoming the second ₹1,000 crore brand in the portfolio while entering the teens EBITDA club. Concurrently, younger brands registered an aggregate growth rate of 40%+ year-on-year.

Corporate Expansion and Strategic Actions

The company continued executing value creation levers through targeted M&A and new vertical entry. The acquired BTM Ventures male grooming line reached a ₹150 crore ARR, representing almost 100% growth since its acquisition.

A dedicated vehicle named Honasa Health was created to tap into the nutrition and wellness sector. Furthermore, the company launched FICIN, a fine fragrance brand featuring a clinically tested 12-hour long-stay formula.
