Hero MotoCorp Share Price Gains Over 2% After Q4 FY26 Earnings Results: Net Profit up 30% YoY

Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has announced record-breaking financial results for the fiscal year 2026.  

The company reported an annual revenue of ₹46,830 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹5,268 crore, marking a significant milestone in its 25th consecutive year of industry leadership. 

Hero MotoCorp Q4 FY26 Earnings Results 

For the fourth quarter of FY26, Hero MotoCorp reported a revenue of ₹12,797 crore, a 29% increase compared to the same period last year.  

The company's PAT for the quarter stood at ₹1,401 crore, reflecting a 30% growth over the previous year.  

The company also declared a final dividend of ₹75 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹185 per share. 

Strong Growth Across Segments 

Hero MotoCorp achieved a 10% increase in sales volume, with 64.69 lakh units sold in FY26. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 14.7%, driven by a favourable product mix and cost efficiencies.  

The revenue from its Parts, Accessories, and Merchandising (PAM) business was ₹6,147 crore.

Global Expansion and New Launches 

The company's global business reached an all-time high with a 40% year-on-year growth. Hero MotoCorp expanded its presence to 52 countries, including new markets in Europe and the UK. 

The Harley-Davidson business also saw a 26% growth in dispatch volume, supported by new product launches and network expansion. 

Leadership and Strategic Investments 

Hero MotoCorp made strategic investments in Euler Motors, increasing its stake to 36.7%.  

The company also strengthened its leadership team with key appointments, including Mr. Harshavardhan Chitale as CEO and Ms. Kausalya Nandakumar as Chief Business Officer of the Emerging Mobility Business Unit.
