
Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has announced a significant increase in its financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The company reported a 35% rise in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT), reaching ₹17,099 crore. This growth is attributed to strong performance across its various business segments.
For the fiscal year 2026, Mahindra & Mahindra recorded consolidated revenue of ₹1,98,639 crore, marking a 25% increase from the previous year.
The company's PAT for the fourth quarter stood at ₹4,668 crore, reflecting a 42% year-on-year growth.
The board has approved a dividend of ₹33 per share, a 30% increase from the previous year.
The automotive segment showed robust growth, with consolidated revenue reaching ₹1,17,834 crore, up 30%.
The farm equipment sector also performed well, with revenue of ₹42,568 crore, a 20% increase.
The services segment, which includes financial services and industrial businesses, reported revenue of ₹43,698 crore, up 17%.
Mahindra & Mahindra maintained its leadership in several key market segments. The company holds the top position in the SUV market with a revenue market share of 25.3%, an increase of 260 basis points.
In the light commercial vehicles (LCVs) category, it achieved a market share of 52.3%, up 60 basis points. The tractor segment saw a market share of 43.6%, up 30 basis points, while the electric 3-wheelers segment held a 40% market share.

The company's financial services arm, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (MMFSL), reported a 12% increase in assets under management (AUM), with a PAT growth of 28%.
Tech Mahindra, a subsidiary, improved its EBIT margin by 290 basis points. The "Growth Gems" initiative, which includes real estate, logistics, and Accelo, demonstrated strong momentum with a 50% increase in PAT.
