AIA Engineering Share Price Gains Over 4% After Q4 FY26 Earnings Results: Net Profit Up 37.8% YoY

AIA Engineering has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.  

The company has shown significant growth in both income and profit, reflecting a robust performance in the final quarter of the fiscal year. 

AIA Engineering Q4 FY26 Earnings Results 

In the March 2026 quarter, AIA Engineering's total income increased by 11.9% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,398.33 crore, compared to ₹1,249.24 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.  

Sequentially, the income rose by 16.3% from ₹1,202.23 crore in the December 2025 quarter.  

The company's net profit also saw a substantial rise of 37.8% YoY, reaching ₹393.33 crore, up from ₹285.35 crore a year ago.  

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profit increased by 34.3% from ₹292.95 crore in the December 2025 quarter. 

FY26 Annual Results 

For the full fiscal year 2026, AIA Engineering reported a total income of ₹4,893.91 crore, marking a 6.0% increase from ₹4,619.07 crore in the previous fiscal year.  

The net profit for FY26 rose by 19.7% YoY to ₹1,268.93 crore, compared to ₹1,060.07 crore in FY25.

Dividend Announcement 

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹16 per equity share, which is 800% of the face value of ₹2 each, fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26.  

This dividend proposal is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).  

The company has set September 5, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the dividend.  

If approved, the dividend will be paid on or before October 14, 2026, after deducting applicable taxes at source.
