Filatex Fashions Limited has received notices from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited, with both exchanges imposing a fine of ₹56,640 on the company. 

The notices were dated August 14, 2026, and the company disclosed the matter on August 15.  

Total Fine Stands at ₹1.13 Lakh 

NSE has imposed a fine of ₹48,000, along with applicable GST, taking the total amount to ₹56,640. BSE has imposed the same ₹48,000 fine, also aggregating to ₹56,640 after GST. 

Together, the fines imposed by the two exchanges amount to ₹1,13,280.  

Company Examining Notices 

Filatex Fashions said it is currently examining the notices received from the two exchanges and will take appropriate steps in the matter. 

The company has also stated that the matter will be placed before its Board of Directors at the ensuing Board Meeting.  

According to the company's disclosure, the financial impact of the matter is limited to the fine imposed by the exchanges.
