EMS Limited Gets ₹28.39 Crore NHAI Work Order in Gujarat

EMS Limited has received Highest Bidder (H-1) status from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a work order in Gujarat. The company will handle user fee collection at Varshamedi Fee Plaza on NH-341.
The fee plaza is located at Km 13+125 on the four-lane NH-341 route connecting Bhimasar Junction to Anjar-Bhuj and the Airport Junction.
Order Worth ₹28.39 Crore
The estimated value of the work is around ₹2,838.88 lakh, or ₹28.39 crore, excluding TCS. The company is expected to complete the work over a period of one year.
What EMS Will Do?
EMS will be responsible for collecting user fees at the Varshamedi Fee Plaza through competitive bidding and e-tendering.
The work will also include the upkeep and maintenance of nearby toilet blocks, along with providing the required consumable items.
NHAI Is the Awarding Authority
The work has been awarded by the National Highways Authority of India and is classified as a domestic order. EMS has received H-1 status and said it will provide further updates once it receives the formal Letter of Award (LOA).
No Related Party Involvement
EMS has confirmed that its promoters, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in NHAI.
The company has also said that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
