Emami Limited has reported a decrease in both total income and net profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
The company's financial performance reflects a challenging period, with declines observed both year-on-year (YoY) and quarter-on-quarter (QoQ).
In the March 2026 quarter, Emami's total income decreased by 3.7% YoY, amounting to ₹948.28 crore compared to ₹984.21 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The decline was even more pronounced on a QoQ basis, with a 19.0% drop from ₹1,170.78 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
Net profit for the March 2026 quarter also saw a decline, falling 11.7% YoY to ₹143.17 crore from ₹162.17 crore a year ago.
The QoQ comparison shows a significant decrease of 55.2% from ₹319.48 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Emami's total income experienced a marginal decline of 0.3% YoY, reaching ₹3,864.62 crore compared to ₹3,877.30 crore in the previous fiscal year.
The net profit for FY26 also decreased by 3.4% YoY, amounting to ₹775.26 crore from ₹802.74 crore.

As of May 21, 2026, at 3:01 PM, Emami share price on NSE was trading at ₹416.60 down by 2.85% from the previous closing price.
