On September 4, 2026, EFC (I) Limited completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited, for ₹39 crore, as per the exchange filings.  

This transaction marks the monetisation of EFC's real estate assets, including two commercial floors in Pune. 

Details of the Sanvritti Alpha Sale 

On September 4, 2026, EFC (I) Limited finalised the sale of its subsidiary, Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited, formerly known as EFC Estate 56 Alpha Private Limited.  

The subsidiary recorded an annual turnover of ₹221.35 lakh in FY 2025-26, contributing 0.21% to EFC's consolidated turnover. As of March 31, 2026, Sanvritti Alpha had a negative standalone net worth of ₹(506.56) lakh. 

Transaction Asset Profile 

The divested assets include two commercial floors within the Konark Alpha Building in Pune. Acquired in 2025, these Grade A assets were fully leased to corporate clients, providing a steady income stream. The sale allowed EFC to maximise capital appreciation from the property. 

Deal Structure & Consideration 

The transaction was closed for a total cash consideration of ₹39 crore. The deal was structured as an "Assets Sale and Lease Back" arrangement, enabling EFC to continue operating managed and coworking office spaces at the property.

Buyer & Regulatory Status 

The buyer, Sanvritti Global Private Limited, is an independent firm based in Pune, with no structural links to EFC's promoter or group companies. This transaction does not qualify as a Related Party Transaction and was executed outside any standard corporate Scheme of Arrangement. 

EFC (I) Share Price Performance 

As of September 04, 2026, at 4:25 PM, EFC (I) share price on NSE was closed at ₹193.24, down by 3.78% from the previous closing price.
