
E2E Networks Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Larsen & Toubro-Vyoma, the data centre and cloud services business of Larsen & Toubro Limited, to expand GPU cloud infrastructure in India.
The partnership aims to accelerate sovereign, high-performance AI computing capacity in line with national AI objectives.
Under the MoU, both companies intend to collaborate to augment and scale Larsen & Toubro-Vyoma’s GPU cloud infrastructure and enable its commercialisation through E2E’s AI-native cloud platform.
Subject to definitive agreements, GPU infrastructure and related computing capacity procured, owned, or deployed by Larsen & Toubro-Vyoma is proposed to be integrated into E2E’s proprietary cloud and orchestration platform.
The integration will be powered by E2E’s Technology Integration & Runtime (TIR) platform, designed to deliver an optimised GPU cloud with enhanced observability, workload intelligence and predictable performance for enterprise and AI workloads.
As per exchange filings, Mr Tarun Dua, Managing Director, E2E Networks Limited, commented: “India is witnessing rapid growth in demand for AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Our partnership with Larsen & Toubro -Vyoma marks an important step towards scaling sovereign GPU cloud capacity in India.”

The collaboration will focus on technical integration, commercial structuring, pricing frameworks and operational alignment to ensure scalable and reliable GPU infrastructure delivery. The MoU sets the framework for discussions and remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements.

As of February 20, 2026, at 3:30 PM, E2E Networks share price closed at ₹2,862.00 per share, reflecting a decline of 3.42% from the previous closing price.
The partnership positions both companies to strengthen India’s sovereign AI ecosystem by combining infrastructure execution capabilities with AI-ready cloud platforms. It marks a strategic step towards building large-scale, performance-driven GPU infrastructure within the country.
