eClerx Services announced a share buyback of up to 6.66 lakh shares worth ₹300 crore in October. The buyback price is ₹4,500 per share, which is the same as the stock’s recent closing price. Promoters will not take part in this buyback.
The record date is Wednesday, December 17. Shareholders holding eClerx shares in their demat account as of December 16 will be eligible to participate.
Indian Oil Corporation has announced an interim dividend of ₹5 per share. Around 29 lakh retail shareholders are expected to receive dividend payouts totalling nearly ₹400 crore. The record date to determine eligible shareholders is Thursday, December 18.
Can Fin Homes’ board is meeting today to consider an interim dividend for shareholders. If approved, the company has fixed Friday, December 19 as the record date for the dividend.

Dr. Lal Pathlabs announced its first-ever bonus issue on October 31. The company will issue one bonus share for every one share held. The record date is Friday, December 19, meaning shareholders must own the stock by December 18 to be eligible for the bonus shares.
With multiple record dates lined up this week, investors holding eClerx, Indian Oil, Can Fin Homes and Dr. Lal Pathlabs should closely track demat holdings and timelines to benefit from buybacks, dividends or bonus shares.
