Dilip Buildcon Share Price in Focus; Receives Provisional Completion Certificates for ₹1,373.60 Crore Expressway Projects

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has received Provisional Completion Certificates (PCCs) for two packages of the Bengaluru-Vijayawada Expressway in Andhra Pradesh.
The certificates relate to Package-1 and Package-4, which together have a combined project value of ₹1,373.60 crore and are being executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) as part of Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I.
Package-1 Reaches Completion Milestone
The first project involves the development of a six-lane access-controlled Greenfield Highway from Kodur (Ch. 0.000) to Vanavolu (Ch. 24.300) on NH-544G under the Bengaluru-Vijayawada Economic Corridor.
The project carries a cost of ₹599.50 crore. Its appointed date was 5 February 2024, with a scheduled completion period of 730 days. The authority declared the project fit for commercial operation with effect from 2 May 2026, and the Provisional Completion Certificate has been received for the same date.
Package-4 Also Receives Certificate
The second project covers the construction of a six-lane access-controlled Greenfield Highway from Odulapalle (Ch. 72+000) to Nallacheruvu-palli (Ch. 96+300) on NH-544G, also forming part of the Bengaluru-Vijayawada Economic Corridor.
Executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model, the project is valued at ₹774.10 crore. It shares the appointed date of 5 February 2024 and a 730-day completion schedule.
The authority declared it fit for commercial operation from 4 May 2026, and the company has now received the corresponding Provisional Completion Certificate.
Project Details
Both expressway packages are located in Andhra Pradesh and form part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I programme.
The projects contribute to the development of the Bengaluru-Vijayawada Economic Corridor through six-lane access-controlled Greenfield highway infrastructure under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).
