The construction will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, with a completion timeline of 42 months from the commencement date.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of the project. The total project cost is ₹3,400 crore, excluding GST, and covers all other costs except specified exclusions.
