Dilip Buildcon Limited has been awarded a significant solar project in Madhya Pradesh, marking a major milestone for the company in the renewable energy sector. The project, under the PM KUSUM-C scheme, involves establishing grid-connected solar power plants. 

Details of the 1,363.55 MW Solar Project 

On December 22, 2025, Dilip Buildcon Limited announced its selection as the L-1 bidder for a 1,363.55 MW AC solar project by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL).  

This project falls under the Non-DCR category and is part of the Feeder Solarization component of the PM KUSUM-C initiative. The generated power will be sold to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for a duration of 25 years. 

The project will be executed through multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), providing Dilip Buildcon with an EPC business opportunity valued at approximately ₹4,900 crore, excluding GST. The execution timeline is set for the next 18 months. 

Contract Terms and Execution 

The contract awarded by MPUVNL is a competitive tariff-based Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) under PM KUSUM-C, governed by MNRE guidelines and MPERC regulations.  

The nature of the contract encompasses development, design, engineering, supply, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the grid-connected solar PV power plants.

Dilip Buildcon Share Price Performance 

As of December 22, 2025, at 11:16 AM, Dilip Buildcon share price on NSE was trading at ₹472.45 up by 2.87% from the previous closing price.
