Denta Water Share Price in Focus; Secures ₹44.67 Crore Irrigation Project in Ballari, Karnataka

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has received two new orders related to irrigation projects in Karnataka.  

The larger order is a ₹44.67 crore subcontract, while the second is a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth ₹20.89 crore from Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited (KNNL). Both contracts have an execution period of 11 months.  

Details of the Subcontract 

The ₹44.67 crore subcontract has been awarded by JNS Infra Projects Private Limited. The order value includes 18% GST and will be carried out under the KMERC Grant. 

The work involves restoring and improving 16 pickups and 18 pickup canals, along with laying an M.S. pipeline raising main for the Jalibenchi Lift Irrigation Scheme under D-15 of the Right Bank High Level Canal (RBHLC) in Ballari district.  

KNNL Awards Separate Irrigation Project 

Apart from the subcontract, the company has also received an LOA from Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited valued at ₹20.89 crore, including GST.  

The project covers improvements to two pickups, four pickup canals, the Kolur Lift Irrigation Scheme under D-13 of RBHLC, and construction of the Korlagundi/Dammur Lift Irrigation Scheme in Ballari district.  

The contract also includes operation and maintenance for five years after completion of the work and will be executed on a turnkey basis.  

Disclosures in the Regulatory Filing 

According to the filing, the KNNL order is not a related-party transaction, and the company's promoters or promoter group do not have any interest in the awarding entity.  

The ₹44.67 crore subcontract has been classified as a related-party transaction, with the company stating that it has been entered into at arm's length and in the ordinary course of business, after obtaining the necessary approvals.  

Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities.

As of July 21, 2026, 2:04 pm, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd share price was trading at ₹344.10, up 0.98% from the previous closing price.
