Delhivery Share Price Surges Over 5% After Q2 FY27 Earnings Results; Reports ₹41 Crore Profit

Delhivery reported a consolidated net profit of ₹41 crore in Q2 FY27 compared with a loss of ₹51 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from services also moved higher, reaching ₹3,066 crore against ₹2,559 crore a year ago.
The quarter saw an increase in shipment volumes as well as an improvement in operating profitability. Adjusted EBITDA grew 48% year-on-year to ₹123 crore.
Revenue Growth Supported by Higher Shipment Volumes
Delhivery handled 325 million Express shipments during the quarter. This was 32.1% more than the volume recorded in Q2 FY26. Its Part Truckload (PTL) business also grew with freight volumes rising 14.2% to 545,000 metric tonnes.
Revenue from services increased 4.6% over the previous quarter. According to management, October shipment volumes have also started ahead of initial expectations.
Adjusted EBITDA Reaches ₹123 Crore
Adjusted EBITDA increased from ₹83 crore in Q2 FY26 to ₹123 crore in Q2 FY27. The corresponding margin improved to 4% from 3.3%.
Reported EBITDA stood at ₹205 crore compared with ₹68 crore in the year-ago quarter. Its margin also improved from 2.7% to 6.7%.
Management attributed the improvement to pricing revisions and better network utilisation. Higher realisations in both Express and PTL also supported the quarter's performance.
Delhivery Local Sees Faster Growth
One of the notable developments was the expansion of Delhivery Local. The service is now available in eight cities, and its annualised revenue run rate has reached around ₹200 crore.
The company has raised its FY27 exit target for the business to ₹280 crore from its earlier estimate of ₹250 crore. Its international business also recorded progress with an annualised revenue run rate of approximately ₹150 crore after growing 57% sequentially.
Cash Position and Technology Investments
Delhivery ended September with a cash balance of ₹4,676 crore. Its net working capital improved to five days from 11 days in March 2026.
The company also reported around $1 million in internal savings through Delhivery Maps. It plans to deploy 100 self-developed autonomous pallet transportation vehicles by Q4 FY27.
