Cupid Limited informed the stock exchanges on October 15, 2026, that it had completed the conversion of 30 lakh warrants of Baazar Style Retail Limited into an equal number of equity shares. The conversion follows the board's approval on September 26, 2026.

The conversion was completed at ₹328.25 per share, as set out under the warrant arrangement. The transaction adds 30 lakh equity shares of Baazar Style Retail through the conversion of the warrants. 

56 Lakh Warrants Still Remain 

Cupid had been allotted 1.01 crore warrants in Baazar Style Retail. Of these, 45 lakh have been converted into equity shares, leaving 56 lakh warrants outstanding. The latest filing confirms the conversion but does not specify when the remaining warrants may be converted.

Cupid Share Price Performance 

As of October 15, 2026, at 11:31 AM, Cupid Limited share price was trading at ₹350.00 per share, reflecting a 0.71% decline from the previous trading session.
