Coforge Share Price in Focus; Emerging as Standout Non-Linear Growth Leader in HFS Research Assessment

Coforge has been named a Non-Linear Leader in HFS Research's Non-Linearity Index for CY Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, as per a fling dated August 25, 2026. The study covered more than 25 major service providers and tracked their growth in relation to changes in workforce size.
HFS Research identified six companies that showed sustained non-linear growth over the last four quarters, with Coforge among them. The report looks at a shift in the services industry away from growth that depends mainly on increasing employee numbers.
Revenue and Margin Per Employee
Coforge was placed in the Non-Linear Leaders quadrant twice during the last four quarters. The company recorded above-industry-average performance in year-on-year constant-currency revenue per full-time employee and operating margin per FTE.
According to the assessment, the company's performance was supported by its AI-led delivery model, AI Mod Squads, utilisation levels, attrition and benefits from acquisitions. The company has been working towards increasing revenue and operating performance without adding staff at the same rate.
Use of AI Across Delivery
Coforge has more than 11,000 data and AI practitioners. Its AI setup includes Coforge Nuuron, eight AI platforms, 22 AI assets and nearly 130 reusable AI agents and accelerators.
These tools are being used across the company's delivery work, including technology modernisation and automation. Coforge also operates Momentuum blue, a specialised FDE unit where engineers work within client environments on AI solutions.
Industry Focus Moves Beyond Headcount
The HFS report, titled The headcount era is fading as the pivot to Services-as-Software continues, is the second in a two-part series. It examines how some service providers are separating revenue and value creation from workforce expansion.
Coforge's inclusion in the assessment reflects its performance over recent quarters on revenue and operating margin per employee. The company was among six providers identified by HFS Research for sustained non-linear growth across the four-quarter period.
Coforge Share Price Performance
As of August 26, 2026, 11:38 am, Coforge Ltd share price was trading at ₹1,892.60, a 0.011% decrease from the previous closing price.
Conclusion
The HFS assessment placed Coforge among six providers showing sustained non-linear growth. The company was positioned twice in the Non-Linear Leaders quadrant over the last four quarters.
