Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. commissioned around 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during the first quarter of FY27, taking its operational portfolio to nearly 4.2 GW from around 3.6 GW at the end of March 2026.
According to the company, this is the largest volume of capacity it has commissioned in a single quarter since operations began.
The projects were commissioned at 11 locations across Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Haryana and Chhattisgarh. Gujarat accounted for around 170 MW of the additions, followed by Karnataka with nearly 160 MW and Maharashtra with about 110 MW.
The remaining capacity came from projects in Haryana and Chhattisgarh. The portfolio includes solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects.
Of the total capacity commissioned during the quarter, 403 MW was added under the renewable power sales business. This included nearly 350 MWp of solar capacity and 53 MW of wind projects operating under long-term power purchase agreements.
The renewable energy services business added another 126 MWp of solar capacity through engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance projects for commercial and industrial customers.
Following the latest commissioning, the renewable power sales business accounted for around 3.5 GW of the company's operational portfolio, while the renewable energy services business contributed about 0.7 GW.
Together, these businesses make up the company's operational renewable energy capacity of approximately 4.2 GW.
CleanMax said its contracted renewable energy portfolio stood at 5.7 GW during FY2025-26. As of March 2026, the company served 588 customers across sectors including technology, manufacturing, industrial, and digital infrastructure.
Around 74% of the newly contracted capacity during the year came from existing customers, while data centres and AI infrastructure represented 42% of the contracted renewable power sales portfolio.
Recent customer additions included Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and GACL.
As of July 7, 2026, 12:11 pm, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. share price was trading at ₹1,285.50, up 1.85% from the previous closing price.
