However, the net profit decreased by 15.2% compared to ₹363.46 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited reported a total income of ₹12,662.22 crore. The company's net profit for the same period stood at ₹1,198.68 crore. These figures provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial performance over the year.

The engineering manufacturer sustained massive order intake momentum throughout the three-month window. Standalone operations secured fresh orders worth ₹4,692 crore during the quarter.
This intake propelled the company's unexecuted standalone order backlog up to ₹17,333 crore, marking an impressive 45% increase year-on-year.
On a consolidated basis, the absolute order backlog scaled up to ₹18,965 crore. Group CEO and Managing Director Amar Kaul stated that this robust multi-quarter pipeline offers deep revenue visibility and helps buffer near-term global trade realignments or elevated input costs.
Beyond the financial sheets, the Murugappa Group company executed two major industrial infrastructure expansions during the quarter.
On June 4, 2026, the company commissioned its extra high voltage (EHV) switchgear manufacturing facility, S3 Unit-II, in Nashik, Maharashtra, expanding its electronic circuit breaker building capacity by a massive 80% with an added 7,200 annual units.
Furthermore, its subsidiary CG Semi Private Limited formally commenced commercial operations on July 4, 2026, at its newly constructed G1 Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) production facility located in Sanand, Gujarat.
