Ceigall India Share Price in Focus; JV Receives Four MoRTH Road Orders Worth ₹2,149.62 Crore

Ceigall India Limited, through its joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (SIML), has received four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), as per an exchange filing dated August 18, 2026. The four orders have a total bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.
Ceigall holds 74% in the joint venture, and SIML owns 26%. The contracts are domestic and have been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. All four projects are located in Arunachal Pradesh.
NH-913 Road Projects
As per the filing, the orders relate to sections of NH-913, also called the Frontier Highway. One project is for the Huri-Taliha section from km 0.000 to km 55.725, while another is for the Sarli-Huri section from km 0.000 to km 78.38.
The other two orders relate to the Huri-Taliha section from km 55.725 to km 113.25 and from km 160.75 to km 209.90. The projects are for construction to an intermediate lane standard.
Order-Wise Values
The bid cost for the four projects stands at ₹521 crore, ₹611.10 crore, ₹525 crore, and ₹492.52 crore, respectively. Together, the values total ₹2,149.62 crore.
The first, second, and fourth projects have a construction period of 36 months each. The third project has a 48-month construction period. Each contract provides for a five-year maintenance period after construction.
Tender Details
Projects were awarded under four tender IDs. Ceigall noted that neither its promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the contracts. The company stated that the orders do not fall under related-party transactions.
