Brigade Enterprises Share Price in Focus; Partners Primus for ₹750 Crore Senior Housing Projects

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has partnered with Primus Senior Living to develop 3 senior housing projects across Bengaluru and other locations in South India.
The projects are expected to have a combined gross development value (GDV) of about ₹750 crore, according to a company disclosure dated 26 February 2026 .
Linked to Existing Township Infrastructure
The developments are to include more than 600 residential units designed for senior residents. In which, 2 of the 3 projects will be located within larger township developments, allowing access to existing shared infrastructure and community amenities.
Project Features
The planned communities are expected to include facilities such as wellness centres, hobby spaces, medical support areas, accessible pathways and concierge services. The developments are also expected to include engagement programmes and shared activity spaces within multi-generational environments.
Primus Senior Living, established in 2013, focuses on managed senior housing and operates in cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata.
Existing Senior Housing Presence
Brigade entered the senior living segment in 2017 with the launch of Parkside at Brigade Orchards. The upcoming projects are expected to build on that earlier development.
The company has ongoing projects across residential, office, retail and hospitality segments in cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and GIFT City.
Senior Housing Sector Context
India’s organised senior housing segment has seen increased activity in recent years, supported by demographic changes and evolving living arrangements. South India accounts for nearly 60% of the sector’s growth, according to the company’s statement.
Separately, Brigade said the World Trade Center Bengaluru has received WiredScore Platinum certification for digital connectivity standards.
