Brigade Enterprises Share Price in Focus; Launches Brigade Misty Greens, a Premium Residential Development in Mysuru

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has launched Brigade Misty Greens, a residential project in Mysuru with an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹300 crore, as per an exchange filing dated July 21, 2026.  

The project is being developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) and is spread across 4.5 acres.  

Project Configuration and Location 

The project includes three-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, along with 14 duplex units. Brigade Misty Greens is located near the Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club and Chamundi Hills.  

According to the company, the project also has access to nearby commercial centres, schools, hospitals, shopping destinations, hotels and resorts, making it part of an established residential catchment within the city.  

Expansion in an Existing Market 

The launch adds to Brigade Enterprises' existing portfolio in Mysuru. The company said it has completed more than 26 projects across the residential, commercial, and hospitality segments in the city.  

It also stated that it is the only listed real estate developer with operations across these segments in Mysuru. The latest project expands its residential inventory in a market where it already has an established presence.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Group develops projects across residential, office, retail, hospitality and education sectors. Its operations span Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City.
