On Feb 2, 2025, BPCL shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹10 interim dividend.

BPCL Ltd said in exchange filings, “The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23rd January 2026 has declared the second Interim Dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each i.e.100% for the financial year 2025-26. It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 21st February 2026. The Board of Directors has fixed Monday, 2nd February 2026 as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the second Interim Dividend.”

BPCL Q3FY26 Earnings Highlights 

BPCL posted a robust 88.9% jump in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹7,188.40 crore for the December quarter of FY2025–26 (Q3FY26), compared with ₹3,805.94 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The oil major’s revenue from operations also registered steady growth, rising 7.1% year-on-year to ₹1.36 trillion, up from ₹1.27 trillion in the same period a year ago.
