Bhageria Industries Limited reports the commissioning of a 7 MW solar photovoltaic plant at Pimpalgaon Wagha in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. The plant forms part of a larger 32 MW programme under the government‑led MSKVY 2.0 initiative. 

Commissioning of Solar Plant Confirmed 

On February 25, 2026, Rahuri Cleantech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bhageria Industries, completed the 7 MW capacity solar PV power plant. The commissioning was disclosed to the National Stock Exchange and BSE under SEBI Regulation 30. 

Project Capacity and Phase Details 

The 7 MW unit represents a segment of the total 32 MW capacity earmarked for the MSKVY 2.0 rollout in the district. The remaining 25 MW is scheduled for phased development, aligning with the scheme’s renewable energy targets.
