
Belrise Industries Limited has taken another step forward in its proposed merger process after receiving "no adverse observations" from both the NSE and BSE Limited.
The observation letters relate to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation (Merger by Absorption) involving Badve Autocomps Private Limited, Eximius Infra Tech Solutions Private Limited and Belrise Industries Limited.
The company's Board of Directors had approved the proposed amalgamation on 31 January 2026.
The merger will combine Badve Autocomps Private Limited and Eximius Infra Tech Solutions Private Limited with Belrise Industries Limited under a Scheme of Amalgamation.
Belrise Industries informed that it received Observation Letters dated 3 July 2026 from both NSE and BSE, with "no adverse observations" on the proposed merger scheme.
The company also stated that copies of the observation letters have been uploaded on its website.
Following the receipt of the observation letters, Belrise Industries said it will proceed with filing the merger scheme before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
The company added that it will comply with the conditions specified in the observation letters as it moves ahead with the amalgamation process.
The observation letters issued by NSE and BSE will remain valid for six months from 3 July 2026.
During this period, the company is expected to submit the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation before the NCLT. Belrise Industries disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on 4 July 2026.

As of 03 July 2026, Belrise Industries Limited share price closed at ₹231.85 per share, reflecting a decline of 2.67% from the previous trading session.
With the receipt of "no adverse observations" from NSE and BSE, Belrise Industries has advanced its proposed merger with Badve Autocomps Private Limited and Eximius Infra Tech Solutions Private Limited, marking the next milestone in the amalgamation process.
