
Allcargo Global Limited (AGL) has commenced trading on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE after being demerged from Allcargo Logistics Limited. The shares are listed under the ticker symbol "AGL".
The listing completes the Allcargo Group's demerger and restructuring, a process that began four years ago.
With the listing of Allcargo Global, the group now operates through four listed companies.
Allcargo Global Limited houses the international supply chain business, Allcargo Logistics Limited focuses on domestic supply chain logistics, Allcargo Terminals Limited operates container freight stations and inland container depots, while TransIndia Real Estate Limited develops real estate and logistics infrastructure assets.
Under the NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement, shareholders of Allcargo Logistics Limited received one equity share of Allcargo Global Limited for every one equity share held, resulting in a 1:1 share entitlement.
The company said the independent listing supports its international supply chain business, including Less than Container Load (LCL) consolidation, Full Container Load (FCL), air freight and door-to-door services, while continuing to offer technology-driven integrated logistics and supply chain solutions worldwide.

As of 03 July 2026, at 1:01 PM, Allcargo Global Limited share price was trading at ₹20.90 per share.
Allcargo Global has begun trading on the NSE and BSE following its demerger from Allcargo Logistics Limited. The listing completes the group's restructuring into four independently listed businesses, while shareholders of Allcargo Logistics received one Allcargo Global share for every one share held.
