BASF India Limited’s total income rose 28.9% to ₹4,846.51 crore, compared to ₹3,760.46 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Additionally, the company experienced a 40.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase from ₹3,455.03 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
The net profit (PAT) for BASF India Limited saw a substantial increase of 162.2% YoY, reaching ₹360.29 crore in the June 2026 quarter, up from ₹137.40 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On a QoQ basis, the net profit surged by 423.1% from ₹68.88 crore in the March 2026 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, BASF India Limited's total income stood at ₹15,009.80 crore. The net profit (PAT) for the same period was ₹420.10 crore, reflecting the company's overall financial performance for the year.
A comprehensive overview of the consolidated revenue engines reveals that the Materials division anchors the largest portion of the corporate layout.
The Materials segment generated the highest consolidated revenue at ₹1,341.27 crore (yielding a segment profit of ₹212.69 crore), followed by Industrial Solutions at ₹989.15 crore (profit of ₹124.95 crore), Nutrition and Care at ₹983.97 crore (profit of ₹11.01 crore), Chemicals at ₹928.17 crore (profit of ₹96.12 crore), and seasonal Agricultural Solutions at ₹557.03 crore (profit of ₹77.49 crore).
Total integrated group assets were maintained at ₹9,676.51 crore, against which the total group capital employed stood at ₹4,344.88 crore.
Parallelly, the company noted that its equity shareholders approved the proposed demerger scheme on June 24, 2026, to spin off the Agricultural Solutions business into a newly formed wholly-owned entity, BASF Agricultural Solutions India Limited.
