Balmer Lawrie & Company Dividend Record Date on March 11: Interim Dividend of ₹4.25

On March 5, 2026, Balmer Lawrie & Company has finalised the record date for the interim dividend of ₹4.25, which was declared on March 5, 2026.
Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 5th March, 2026 has, inter-alia, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.4.25/- (Rupees Four and Paise Twenty Five only) per Equity Share of Rs.10 each on 17, I 0,03,846 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid within the statutory timeline stipulated in this regard.
In connection with the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors at the said Meeting has fixed 11 March, 2026 (end of day) as theRecord date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend”

Balmer Lawrie & Company Q3FY26 Highlights
During Q3FY26, Balmer Lawrie’s total net income grew by 2.02% quarter-on-quarter to ₹660.55 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose by 5.65% to ₹69.20 crore, compared to ₹65.50 crore in the previous quarter. Net profit after tax (PAT) also increased by 4.66% to ₹50.74 crore, up from ₹48.48 crore in the preceding quarter.
For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, net income reached ₹1,993.31 crore, marking a 3.46% increase over ₹1,926.71 crore in the same period last year. PBT for this period grew to ₹210.08 crore from ₹201.01 crore year-on-year.
