The net profit for Bajaj Auto Limited in the June 2026 quarter was ₹3,225.63 crore, reflecting a 45.9% increase from ₹2,210.44 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. However, this figure shows an 11.9% decline from the ₹3,661.92 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
Bajaj Auto's revenue from operations reached an all-time high of ₹17,244 crore, marking a 37% year-on-year increase.
This growth was driven by record quarterly volumes and improved realisations across various segments, including internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EVs), domestic and export markets, and 2-wheelers (2W) and 3-wheelers (3W).
The company's profit after tax for the quarter was approximately ₹3,000 crore, with EBITDA exceeding ₹3,500 crore, both showing over 40% year-on-year growth. The margin stood at 20.9%, with favourable USD/INR realisation and improved mix contributing to this performance.
The domestic business experienced double-digit growth across all segments, with revenues up 26% year-on-year.
The electric business, now accounting for 30% of domestic revenue, nearly doubled compared to the previous year. Export markets also saw significant achievements, with record revenues and volumes surpassing the 7,00,000 mark for the first time.

Domestic motorcycle revenue grew by double digits, driven by the sports segment, which saw retail growth of 1.5 times compared to the rest of the industry.
The Pulsar, Avenger, and Dominar brands all experienced double-digit year-on-year growth. The KTM and Triumph brands continued their accelerated growth, with domestic revenue increasing by 60% year-on-year.
Commercial vehicles maintained their leadership position, with revenues up 25% year-on-year. The electric 3-wheelers (e3Ws) segment saw an 80% revenue increase, making it nearly two-thirds the size of the ICE 3W franchise.
Bajaj Auto maintained a strong cash generation track record, adding over ₹2,300 crore of free cash flow, representing a conversion of approximately 80% of PAT. The company's balance sheet remained robust, with surplus funds exceeding ₹21,000 crore at the end of the quarter.
