
Astra Microwave Products Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The company has shown significant growth in both income and net profit compared to the previous year and the preceding quarter.
In the March 2026 quarter, Astra Microwave Products reported a total income of ₹495.23 crore, marking an 18.2% increase from ₹418.84 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Compared to the December 2025 quarter, the income rose by 88.0% from ₹263.49 crore.
Net profit for the March 2026 quarter stood at ₹105.98 crore, a 44.2% increase from ₹73.49 crore a year ago, and a 126.4% rise from ₹46.81 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, Astra Microwave Products achieved a total income of ₹1,181.29 crore, up 10.5% from ₹1,068.71 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year increased by 25.7% to ₹192.97 crore from ₹153.51 crore in the prior year.
The company has recommended a dividend of ₹2.40 per equity share, which is 120% on the face value of ₹2 each, for the financial year 2025-26.
This dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The dividend will be credited or dispatched within specified timelines following the AGM. The dates for the AGM and the record date for dividend payment will be announced in due course.
