
Apollo Micro Systems has released its consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company has demonstrated significant growth in both total income and net profit, reflecting a strong performance in the latest fiscal year.
In the quarter ending March 31, 2026, Apollo Micro Systems reported a total income of ₹296.45 crore, marking an 82.4% increase from ₹162.50 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Sequentially, this represents a 17.1% rise from ₹253.13 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter surged by 163.5% to ₹36.79 crore, compared to ₹13.96 crore a year earlier.
This also reflects a 60.8% increase from the December 2025 quarter's net profit of ₹22.88 crore.
For the fiscal year 2026, Apollo Micro Systems recorded a total income of ₹910.60 crore, up 61.2% from ₹564.95 crore in FY25.
The company's net profit for the year rose by 90.5% to ₹107.38 crore, compared to ₹56.36 crore in the previous fiscal year.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share of face value ₹1 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
This proposal is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
