
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited has reported a robust financial performance for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
The company saw significant growth in both total income and net profit, reflecting its strong operational capabilities and market position.
In the March 2026 quarter, Apollo Hospitals' total income increased by 17.6% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹6,649.4 crore, compared to ₹5,653.3 crore in the same quarter last year.
Sequentially, the total income rose by 1.8% from ₹6,530.2 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter saw a substantial rise of 33% YoY, reaching ₹551.3 crore, up from ₹414.5 crore a year earlier.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profit increased by 6.8% from ₹516.3 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2025-26, Apollo Hospitals reported a total income of ₹25,420.1 crore, marking a 15.6% increase from ₹21,994.3 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for the year surged by 33.1% YoY to ₹2,002.7 crore, compared to ₹1,505.1 crore in FY25.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (200%) of the face value of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26.
This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and will be conducted via video conferencing. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend and AGM participation is set for August 14, 2026.
If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before September 10, 2026.
