Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd reported growth in earnings for the quarter ended March 2026, supported by higher revenue during the period. The automotive battery manufacturer posted a year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit and revenue for Q4FY26. 

Amara Raja Energy Q4FY26 Financial Performance

The company reported consolidated net profit of ₹314.3 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared with ₹161.6 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. This reflected a year-on-year increase of 95%.

Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹3,535.8 crore, rising 15.5% from ₹3,060.1 crore reported in Q4FY25.

EBITDA and Margin Performance

Amara Raja Energy reported EBITDA of ₹385.5 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹340.9 crore in the same period last year, reflecting growth of 13.1%.

However, EBITDA margin narrowed slightly to 10.9% from 11.14% recorded in the year-ago quarter.

Dividend Announcement

The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹5.20 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each for FY26.

The proposed dividend represents 520% of the face value and remains subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 41st annual general meeting.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility shares were trading at ₹900.40 on 26 May 2026 at 11:31 AM, up ₹17.00 or 1.92% from the previous close of ₹883.40.

In the previous trading session on 25 May, the stock had ended at ₹883.35 on the BSE, gaining ₹62.60 or 7.63% during the day.
