However, when compared to the preceding March 2026 quarter profit of ₹314.33 crore, the net profit for the June 2026 quarter decreased by 39.3%.

The company also provided data regarding its financial performance for the full year of 2026. For FY26, the total income for Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited stood at ₹13,920.18 crore. Furthermore, the net profit or profit after tax for the same period was recorded at ₹895.77 crore.
Segment Revenue Mix
The lead acid batteries and allied products division generated a dominant segment revenue of ₹4,005.24 crore. Meanwhile, the expanding new energy business division contributed an operational segment revenue of ₹209.30 crore.
The core battery segment produced a strong positive segment result profit contribution of ₹269.60 crore. Conversely, the new energy segment recorded an operational loss of ₹22.05 crore during the quarter.
Segment Asset Balances
The group's total assets climbed to ₹11,873.20 crore at the close of June 30, 2026. The lead acid battery division held the largest asset base, valued at ₹8,512.13 crore.
The new energy segment managed assets of ₹2,104.02 crore, while un-allocated corporate assets stood at ₹1,257.05 crore. Total segment liabilities across the entire group structure compiled to ₹3,585.90 crore.
Capital Structure Balance
The company's balanced financial footprint leaves the consolidated entity with an optimized total capital employed of ₹8,287.30 crore. Paid-up equity share capital remained steady at ₹18.30 crore for the parent entity.
This capital base is divided into individual equity shares possessing a face value of ₹1 each. Total non-revaluation reserves stood at ₹8,080.66 crore according to the latest group balance sheet.
Advanced Capital Deployment
The parent company infused a fresh equity investment of ₹150 crores into Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies. This funding was deployed during the current quarter to support ongoing manufacturing plant capital requirements.
Following this transaction, the company's total cumulative investment inside the advanced cell subsidiary reached ₹1,650.01 crores. The funds directly support long-term lithium-ion pack and cell localization initiatives.
