Total consolidated assets scaled up to ₹15,232.46 crore, while liabilities stood at ₹3,406.90 crore. The total capital employed by the Group was reported at ₹11,825.56 crore.

Subsidiary Ownership Details
The consolidated results incorporated financial numbers from multiple subsidiaries and step-down entities under Ind AS 110 guidelines. Aegis holds a 100% stake in Sea Lord Containers, Eastern India LPG, Aegis Gas (LPG), and Aegis International Marine.
It holds a 60% stake in Aegis Group International. Effective ownership for step-down entities like Konkan Storage, Aegis Vopak, and CRL Terminals is 44.71%, while Hindustan Aegis stands at 33.53%.
