Following the appointment, Adani Total Gas updated its list of key managerial personnel authorised to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to the exchanges. The authorised executives now include Whole-time Director and CEO Suresh Manglani, Interim CFO Preyash Jhaveri, and Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Anil Agrawal.
These officials are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate communication of material developments to stakeholders. The update aligns with SEBI’s governance framework for listed entities.
Preyash Jhaveri brings extensive experience to his new role as Interim CFO. He is a commerce graduate, a law graduate, and a qualified chartered accountant, in addition to holding a postgraduate diploma in business management.
Jhaveri has over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors, including energy, gas, healthcare, wind power, chemicals, textiles, and pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans finance, accounts, taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial controls, making him well-suited for the responsibilities of the CFO position.
On December 22, 2025, Adani Total Gas share price opened at ₹573.30, compared to the previous close of ₹568.75. During the session, as of 2:14 PM IST, the stock had touched a high of ₹573.70 and a low of ₹567.60, and was trading at ₹569.65, up by 0.16%.
The market capitalisation stood at ₹62,650 crore. Over the past 52 weeks, Adani Total Gas has hit a high of ₹798.00 and a low of ₹532.60.
