Adani Green Energy Limited has established a new overseas arm, strengthening its footprint beyond India. The newly incorporated entity, Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd, marks a strategic move into the Middle East renewable energy market. 

UAE Entity to Focus on Renewable Power Generation 

Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd was incorporated on February 25, 2026 in the United Arab Emirates. The subsidiary will operate in the renewable energy sector, with its primary business centred on generating electricity through clean energy sources. 

The company has been incorporated with an authorised capital of AED 10,000, with the entire shareholding held by Adani Green Energy. The investment has been made through cash consideration, ensuring full ownership and operational control. 

Strengthening Global Renewable Ambitions 

The creation of AREMEL reflects Adani Green’s continued push to scale its renewable portfolio internationally. By establishing a presence in the UAE, the company positions itself to participate in energy transition opportunities across the Middle East region. 

With full ownership of the subsidiary, Adani Green retains complete strategic and operational oversight as it evaluates renewable generation prospects in new geographies.

Adani Green Energy Share Price Performance  

As of 26 February 2026, at AM, Adani Green Energy Ltd share price is trading at ₹970.00 per share, reflecting a surge of 0.66% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has surged by  21.46%.
