ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has commissioned an additional 4 MW of capacity from its 100 MW wind power project in Gujarat. The project is located at Village Titoda in the Sayla Taluka of Surendranagar district.

The latest commissioning forms part of the company’s ongoing progress in developing the wind power project and moves it closer to reaching its full planned capacity.

Project Progress and Commissioned Capacity

With the addition of 4 MW, the subsidiary has now achieved a total commissioned capacity of 96 MW out of the planned 100 MW for the wind project. This milestone reflects steady progress in the development and execution of the renewable energy installation.

The company had previously issued several updates regarding the project’s commissioning stages between October 2025 and March 2026 as different phases of the project were completed.

Regulatory Confirmation and Certification

The commissioning of the newly added capacity has been witnessed and confirmed by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited.

While the commissioning has been verified by these authorities, the formal certification confirming the commissioning is expected to be issued shortly.

Renewable Energy Expansion

The development of the wind power project is part of ACME Solar’s broader efforts to expand its renewable energy portfolio in India. Wind energy projects such as this contribute to increasing the share of clean energy in the country’s power generation mix.

Once the remaining capacity is commissioned, the project will reach its full planned capacity of 100 MW.
