ACME Solar Holdings Limited has secured a 300 MW assured peak power project from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The company received the Letter of Award under SECI's 6,000 MWh Assured Peak Power Tender (FDRE-IX).
The project will be tied to a 25-year power purchase agreement, with the scheduled start of power supply set for 18 months from the date of signing the PPA. The project has been awarded at a tariff of ₹6.00 per kWh for the full PPA tenure.
300 MW Project Secured From SECI
Under the tender, ACME Solar has secured 300 MW of capacity as part of SECI's larger plan for assured peak renewable power supply. The tender covers 6,000 MWh, based on 1,500 MW of capacity supplying power for four hours.
For ACME Solar, the award adds another long-term project to its renewable energy business. The company has not disclosed any separate project cost or investment figure along with the award.
Power Supply to Start After PPA Signing
The scheduled commencement of supply is 18 months from the signing of the PPA. Once supply begins, the project will have a tenure of 25 years from the scheduled commencement date.
The latest announcement follows ACME Solar's earlier intimation dated August 25, 2026. The company has described the latest disclosure as confirmation of the LOA received from SECI for the contracted capacity.
