
ACME Solar Holdings Limited, continuing from its previous announcement on November 24, 2025, has received a Letter of Award from REMC Limited to develop a 130 MW Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock power project.
The awarded project is domestic in nature and involves the establishment of a round-the-clock renewable energy facility with a total capacity of 130 MW.
The contract includes the supply, installation, and operation of the project, designed to ensure continuous and reliable clean energy generation. The project’s operational model will support India’s renewable energy targets while contributing to long-term energy sustainability.
Under the terms of the Letter of Award, the applicable tariff for the project is fixed at ₹4.35 per unit for the entire duration of 25 years. This long-term tariff agreement provides stability and predictability for both the company and its stakeholders.
It ensures consistent revenue generation while making renewable energy economically viable and attractive for future investment.
While the contract does not specify a strict project timeline, ACME Solar Holdings is expected to commence implementation promptly following formal execution of the agreement. The project will adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely commissioning and operational efficiency.
On December 24, 2025, ACME Solar share price (NSE: ACMESOLAR) opened at ₹237.49, up from its previous close of ₹235.94. At 11:37 AM, the share price of ACME Solar was trading at ₹238.79, up by 1.21% on the NSE.
