ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed the exchanges that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has commissioned an additional 16 MW of wind capacity in Gujarat.
The development marks continued progress on the group’s 100 MW wind project and follows earlier updates shared with the market. The announcement has coincided with renewed interest in ACME’s share performance.
ACME Solar stated that ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited has received a commissioning certificate from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency for the second 16 MW phase of its 100 MW wind power installation.
The project assets are spread across Dhakaniya, Dhajala and Dhandhalpur villages in Sayla taluka of Surendranagar district.
This follows the communication issued in November regarding the commissioning of the project’s earlier phase.
The company conveyed this update under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, noting that the commissioning represents phased progress of the broader development plan.
ACME Solar requested both BSE and NSE to record the information as part of its ongoing disclosures.
ACME Solar Holdings Limited’s equity shares were trading at ₹220.04, marking a 1.31% rise from the previous close of ₹217.19. The stock opened at ₹216.80 and moved within a range of ₹213.52 to ₹221.35 during early trade.
