
AU Small Finance Bank Limited (AUSFB) has announced that Mr Rajeev Yadav, who served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a key member of the senior management team, has resigned from his position to explore new professional opportunities.
His resignation was submitted on October 27, 2025, and accepted by the bank, with his tenure officially concluding at the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.
According to the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the resignation of Mr Rajeev Yadav marks a significant leadership change within the organisation.
The bank confirmed that Mr Yadav’s departure was voluntary and intended to allow him to pursue other opportunities. He will be relieved of his duties effective from October 31, 2025, following the completion of all transitional responsibilities.
During his 18-month tenure as Deputy CEO, Mr Yadav played a key role in strengthening AU Small Finance Bank’s operational strategies and growth initiatives. In his resignation letter addressed to the Managing Director and CEO, Mr Sanjay Agarwal, he expressed deep gratitude for the support, guidance, and encouragement received from the leadership team and colleagues. Mr Yadav also extended his best wishes for the bank’s continued success in the future.

The bank has stated that it remains committed to ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining continuity in its business operations. Further updates regarding any new appointments or changes in the senior management structure are expected to be announced in due course.
On October 31, 2025, AU Small Finance Bank share price opened at ₹878.25 on NSE, below the previous close of ₹878.30. During the day, it surged to ₹882.75 and dipped to ₹872.70. The stock closed at ₹877.85 by the end of the day. The stock registered a marginal change of -0.05%.
