On December 17, 2024, Sky Gold share price surged to an all-time high of ₹488.95, following a 5% upper circuit. This marked a significant increase from the previous closing price of ₹465.70, as the share price opened at ₹488.95. The upward movement follows the previous 5% upper circuit on December 16, 2024, when shares traded ex-bonus.

On October 26, 2024, Sky Gold announced that it would issue 9 bonus shares for every share held by shareholders as of the record date. Therefore, investors who held shares of Sky Gold on Friday, December 13, 2024, were eligible to receive 9 bonus shares for each existing share they owned.

This marks the second instance since 2022 that Sky Gold has issued bonus shares to its shareholders. In 2022, the company issued one free share for every share held by its shareholders, demonstrating a consistent strategy to reward investors.

Sky Gold currently has a market capitalisation of approximately ₹7,000 crore. This substantial valuation reflects the company’s strong market position and investor confidence.

For Q2 FY25, Sky Gold reported a significant financial performance. The company’s consolidated net profit surged by 405.65%, reaching ₹ 36.71 crore. This was driven by a 94.17% jump in revenue from operations, which amounted to ₹ 768.84 crore for the quarter. Additionally, profit before tax (PBT) soared by 374.13%, reaching ₹46.18 crore compared to ₹9.74 crore in Q2 FY24.
