Shriram Finance Share Price Rose 3.26%; Profit Rises 8.8% YoY; AUM Jumps 16.6% in Q1 FY26 Results
Shriram Finance Limited (SFL) has been gaining attention on Monday after the company released its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Net Interest Income and Profit Growth
For Q1 FY26, Shriram Finance posted a Net Interest Income (NII) of ₹6,026.43 crore, marking a 12.55% increase from ₹5,354.47 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹2,155.73 crore, up 8.84% YoY, compared to ₹1,980.59 crore in Q1 FY25.
Earnings per share (EPS) also saw an 8.73% YoY rise, climbing to ₹11.46 from ₹10.54 in the previous year.
Growth in Assets Under Management
SFL’s Assets under Management (AUM) grew 16.62% YoY, reaching ₹2,72,249.01 crore as of June 30, 2025. This is a significant increase from ₹2,33,443.66 crore as of June 30, 2024, and up from ₹2,63,190.27 crore recorded at the end of March 2025. The company’s total income also climbed 20.11% YoY.
Plans to Raise Funds via Debt Securities
In a separate filing, Shriram Finance announced its plans to raise funds through the issuance of redeemable non-convertible debt securities, including bonds, in both onshore and offshore markets. These issuances will be carried out on a private placement basis, subject to market conditions.
The Banking and Finance Committee and Allotment Committee – NCDs are scheduled to meet between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, to finalize terms, including pricing and allotment of the debt securities.
Shriram Finance Share Price Performance
On July 28, 2025, Shriram Finance share price (NSE: SHRIRAMFIN) opened at ₹615.85, the same as its previous close of ₹615.85. At 10:12 AM, the share price of Shriram Finance was trading at ₹635.95, up by 3.26% on the NSE.
