NBCC Share Price in Focus on ₹65.73 Crore Orders Across Karnataka and Odisha

NBCC (India) Ltd has received new work orders amounting to approximately ₹65.73 crore. The announcement was made in a regulatory filing dated July 3, 2025. All the projects are to be executed within the company’s regular business operations.
PMC Services in Bengaluru
The largest project in the order list is from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology. It involves providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for various construction and development works at the Energy Institute, Bengaluru. This order is valued at ₹43.90 crore.
Projects in Odisha
NBCC has also been awarded a construction contract by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The project is for building a regional office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The order is valued at ₹6.42 crore, excluding GST.
A second order from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti covers the construction of central covered courtyards. These will be built across multiple Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in the state of Odisha. The total value of this work is ₹15.41 crore.
Project Nature
All three projects fall under the category of domestic contracts. The nature of work across all projects is classified as project management and construction. None of the projects involves any related party transactions.
The company has not provided a timeline for the completion of these projects.
NBCC Share Price Performance
NBCC (India) share price is trading at ₹118.70, up 1.01% as of 11:09 AM on July 4, 2025; the stock has gained 35.12% in the past six months but is down 4.62% over the past year. All in all, the stock has recorded a 26.4% gain so far in 2025.
