NBCC (India) Limited, a leading public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has officially announced the receipt of a significant contract from UCO Bank. The awarded project involves the construction of a modern high-rise structure to serve as the bank’s new head office in New Town, Kolkata. The project, valued at ₹172.46 crore excluding GST, falls under the company's normal course of business and aligns with its continued focus on sustainable infrastructure.
The construction will incorporate Green Building Rating standards, showcasing NBCC's commitment to eco-friendly design. The order has been awarded by UCO Bank, a domestic entity, and the nature of the work is classified under Project Management Consultancy. As disclosed, there is no involvement of the promoter or group companies in this order, and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings. All details are in accordance with SEBI’s regulatory requirements dated 9 September 2015.
State-owned NBCC Ltd reported a 29.4% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹176 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2025, compared to ₹136 crore in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter grew 16.2% to ₹4,642.5 crore from ₹3,996.3 crore a year ago. On the operational front, EBITDA rose 19.3% year-on-year to ₹290 crore from ₹243.2 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving slightly to 6.25% from 6.09% in the previous fiscal.

As of June 17, 2025, at 12:16 PM, NBCC share price is trading at 121.43 per share, reflecting a decline of 0.67% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has surged by 4.74%.
